AIKEN, S.C. – The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance Student-Athlete of the Week is USC Aiken softball standout Skylar Morley for the week ending April 16, 2023.

Morley, a native of Gambrills, Md., helped the Pacers pick up a win over Flagler.

She led the team with a .625 batting average after going five-for-eight on the week. Morley scored a team-high three runs.

She led the squad with a .667 on-base percentage and had a team-high .625 slugging percentage.

Morley picked up a walk, drove in a run and was perfect in the field with five putouts.

She had a pair of multi-hit performances in the series. Morley went two-for-three in the first and third games of the series while going one-for-two in the second game of the series.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
