AIKEN, S.C. – USCA softball standout
Autumn Fisher has been named the USCA Female Student-Athlete of the Year.
Fisher, a sophomore from Inman, S.C., earned first-team all-region and all-conference accolades. A PBC all-tournament team honoree, she posted a .401 batting average on the season.
Fisher tallied 10 triples, marking the second most in program history. Her 10 triples were second nationally. She led the team in batting average, OPS (1.265), runs (42), hits (65), triples (10), slugging (.802), walks (23), on-base percentage (.463), sacrifice flies (5) and steals (12).
Fisher was first in the PBC in triples, second in OPS and slugging percentage, third in total bases, fourth in home runs, seventh in batting average, ninth in hits and RBI and 10
th in on-base percentage.
She drove in a season-high five runs in the win over Lenoir-Rhyne, had 19 multi-hit performances and 12 multi-RBI games.
