AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken men's basketball standout Xzavier Barmore has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 17, 2019.

Barmore, a native of Seneca, S.C., guided the Pacers to a 2-0 week.

In the win at Flagler, Barmore poured in 20 points on seven-of-13 shooting, including a three-of-five effort from downtown. For good measure, Barmore accounted for three rebounds and three steals.

In the victory at Georgia Southwestern, Barmore conntected on 10-of-14 from the floor for 25 points. He dished out six assists and grabbed five rebounds.

For the week, Barmore averaged 22.5 points a game. He hit 17-of-27 from the field for 63.0 percent. He also canned 50 percent of his shots from long distance.
