AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken men’s basketball standout Ty’lik Evans has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 25, 2018.

Evans, a senior from Macon, Ga., guided the Pacers to a win over Elizabeth City State.

He posted a game-high 24 points and snagged 10 rebounds for a double-double in the team’s lone game of the week.

Evans posted 17 points in the first half and hit five-of-10 from downtown. For the game, he connected on seven-of-12 shots from the floor. Evans also dished out three assists and had three steals in the victory.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
