Arguably one of the most talented teams in USC Aiken's Division II history, the 2010-11 women's basketball held a lofty national ranking throughout the year.

The Pacers knocked off Division I foe College of Charleston on Nov. 22 on the road, but one of the bigger highlights of the action-packed season came on Feb. 23, 2011. On Senior Night, the Pacers upended No. 2 Lander 66-59 after falling to the Bearcats 78-56 on Jan. 22 – when LU was No. 1 nationally.

USC Aiken hit nearly 40 percent of its shots in the game while limiting the Bearcats to 36.7 percent. The Pacers connected on four more free throws and out-rebounded the visitors 49-34, including an eight-board differential on the offensive glass.

Hannah DeGraffinreed led the team with 17 markers while Daniela Tarailo and Deandra Schirmer chipped in 14 and 11, respectively. In all, nine Pacers scored.    

USC Aiken controlled the paint, outscoring the Bearcats 28-22. The team also maintained a 13-2 edge in second-chance points while garnering a slim 6-4 edge on the break.
