AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken women's basketball standout Kwajelin Farrar has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 1, 2020.

Farrar, a native of Grovetown, Ga., guided the Pacers to a 1-1 week, with the victory coming over the PBC regular-season champion Lander Bearcats.

For the week, Farrar averaged 16.5 points and 19 rebounds. She posted 22 points and 17 rebounds at Augusta.

Farrar scored 11 points and grabbed a USC Aiken Division II school-record 21 rebounds in the 20-point win over the Bearcats.

She also hit nearly 60 percent of her shots from the floor, helping the Pacers secure the No. 5 seed in the upcoming PBC Tournament.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
