AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken women’s basketball standout Kwajelin Farrar has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 24, 2019.

Farrar, a native of Grovetown, Ga., guided the Pacers to a 2-0 week.

She averaged 17.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in the two wins.

In the win over Southern Wesleyan, Farrar erupted for 17 points in the first half en route to a 20-point performance in just 18 minutes of work. For good measure, she pulled down six boards and had three assists.

In the road win at Converse, Farrar accounted for 15 points and 13 rebounds to go along with two assists and four blocks.

For the week, Farrar hit 12-of-18 shots from the floor and 11-of-14 from the charity stripe.
