AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken softball standout Hannah Price has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 10, 2019.

Price, a native of Seneca, S.C., guided the Pacers to a 2-2 week.

She had a batting average of .417, an on-base percentage of .462 and slugged 1.167 for the week.

Price set a pair of school records in the opening victory over Benedict. She smashed the mark for homers in a game with three. Price broke the single-game record for total bases with 12. For good measure, she drove in six runs and scored three times.

Price had seven RBI for the week and had a hit in three of the four outings.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
