AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken golf standout Björn Rosengren has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 14, 2021.

Rosengren, a native of Halmstad, Sweden, garnered PBC Golfer of the Week accolades after posting a terrific performance at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate.

He shot 70-65-70, finishing five-under par. Rosengren was a shot out of third place and led the squad past 12 Division I programs. The 65 marked the second-lowest round for him on the season. Rosengren is second in the PBC with a 70.42 stroke average.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
