AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken men's basketball standout Latreavin Black has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending January 10, 2021.

Black, a junior forward from Shreveport, La., guided the Pacers to a 1-1 week.

At Young Harris, he accounted for nine points and a game-best 15 boards. Black had three assists, swatted away two shots and registered a steal.

He posted a game-high 19 points and snagged 13 rebounds in the home win over North Georgia. Black hit eight-for-11 from the field, added an assist, one steal and a block in 30 minutes of work.

For the week, he averaged 14 points and 14 rebounds.
