AIKEN, S.C. – The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Student-Athlete of the Week is baseball standout Capers Molinaroli.

A native of Summerville, S.C., Molinaroli guided the Pacers to a 4-1 week.

He crushed a home run and had three RBI in the win over Limestone. Molinaroli opened the series against No. 8 IUP with another round-tripper. He had two RBI in the contest.

Molinaroli smacked a homer for the third consecutive game in the second game of the series against IUP. He had two hits, drove in three and scored three times against the Crimson Hawks.

Molinaroli recorded two hits in the team's lone loss of the week. In the series finale, Molinaroli had two hits, including a double, drove in one and scored in the victory.

For the week, Molinaroli batted .421 with eight hits, including five for extra bases. He drove in a team-high nine RBI and scored six times. Molinaroli had two doubles and three triples on the week.
