AIKEN, S.C. – The USCA Division of Athletics, in conjunction with head women's soccer coach Adam Kleman, is pleased to announce the addition of three student-athletes prior to the upcoming semester.

Ashtyn Ivey, Josie Sola and Karlie Sugar will continue their education and athletic careers with the Pacers.

"As a staff and program, we are excited to welcome Ashtyn, Josie and Karlie for the 2025 Spring Semester," Kleman stated. "It was important for us to add student-athletes that would compete in each line of the field and with each addition, we feel we have accomplished such for this upcoming semester. They each bring tremendous backgrounds and pedigree to the program and will look to make an immediate impact. We are delighted for each of their arrivals to campus and cannot wait to begin integrating them into the current group of returners, Go Pacers!"

Ivey, a 5-3 forward from Crestview Hills, Ky., saw time in 12 matches at Austin Peay State. There, she accounted for an assist and three shots despite missing most of her freshman year with an injury. At Dixie Heights H.S., Ivey was a three-time all-state selection. A four-time all-region honoree, she posted 72 goals during her career, including a school-record 30 as a junior.

Sola, a 5-8 midfielder from Aurora, Colo., helped Missouri Western State to the Division II NCAA Tournament. At Lutheran H.S., she accounted for eight goals and 10 assists. Sola played club for B-Elite, helping the team to a pair of President's Cup Championships.

Sugar, a 5-4 defender from Medina, Ohio, competed for Akron. As a redshirt-freshman, she played in three matches, earning two starts. At Medina H.S., she led her team to the state semifinals as a freshman. The standout guided her club team to a No. 2 national ranking. While playing with Internationals Soccer Club, Sugar helped the squad to a Sweet 16 appearance for the ECNL Playoffs.
