Each week, USCA will post notes.
Going Out In Style
Prior to the match against GCSU,Â
Gyöngyvér Araczki,
Izabella De Lima and
Sadie McKay were honored for Senior Day. The three put forth a tremendous effort and combined for two kills, eight aces, four blocks and 16 digs.
To The Limit
Although USCA came up just short against Lander, the squad pushed the PBC leaders to the brink in the 3-2 contest. The Pacers won the first two frames by identical 25-21 scores.
Emily Lammers led the way with a 13-kill, 25-dig effort while
Chloe Duzenack added 10 kills.
Schedule Change
Originally, USCA was supposed to host Flagler on Saturday, Nov. 9. However, due to the hurricane, the schedule was changed. The Pacers will travel to the Saints on Sunday, Nov. 10 for a match starting at 1 p.m.
A Lot To Play For
Head coach
Glenn Cox's team has played more PBC matches than anyone else in the league. With only one contest remaining, the team could secure a seed at virtually any spot for the upcoming tournament. A win at Flagler not only secures the tiebreaker with the Saints, but it would help in the region rankings.
Inside The Numbers
This week, USCA plays at Flagler on Sunday, Nov. 10. Since moving to Division II, the Pacers are 21-13 in Sunday contests (61.7 percent). The Pacers are 5-4 during the same time.Â
Against The Opponent
This week, USCA plays at Flagler on Sunday, Nov. 10. The Pacers trail the all-time series 27-14 to the Saints. However, the program has won the last three contests. USCA is 5-11 on the road in the series but picked up a 3-2 victory in St. Augustine a season ago.
