AIKEN, S.C. – Four USCA volleyball standouts garnered academic all-district honors.
Alli Bishop,
Sidney Hogan,
Lexi Rogers and
Anna Sommer have been named to the team.
Bishop, a junior right-side hitter from Chesterfield, Mo., played in 104 sets. She recorded 244 kills and 79 blocks. Bishop sports a 3.69 GPA and is majoring in nursing.
Hogan, a senior setter from Saint Louis, Mo., played in 109 sets. She led the team with 609 assists. Hogan added 262 digs and 22 aces. She has a 4.0 GPA and is majoring in exercise and sports science.
Rogers, a redshirt-sophomore outside hitter from Moore, S.C., saw time in 89 sets. She had 185 kills and 253 digs on the season. Rogers carries a 3.86 GPA and is majoring in psychology.
Sommer, a senior middle blocker from Saint Lous, Mo., garnered all-conference and all-region honors. She played in 108 sets and led the team with 289 kills as well as 126 blocks. Sommer has a 3.74 GPA and is majoring in exercise and sports science.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
