AUGUSTA, Ga. – University of South Carolina Aiken standout Caroline Foster has been name the PBC Specialist of the Week, as announced by the league office.

Foster, a junior setter from Blue Springs, Mo., distributed a career-high 56 assists in the 3-1 win over Georgia College in the team's lone match last week.

She also registered five digs, had two kills and served up an ace in the victory.

The 56 assists mark a four-set high in the PBC this season for league matches. It is also the most assists in any match in PBC play this year. 

Foster is second in the PBC in assists per set with 9.84, but she leads the conference in overall assists with 9.63.

Foster also ranks sixth in the league with .40 aces/set.
