INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The University of South Carolina Aiken volleyball team will host the 2016 NCAA Southeast Regional at the Convocation Center Dec. 2-4.
USC Aiken hosts the regional for the second consecutive season.
The Pacers (28-4) are in the NCAA Tournament for the third straight season. Last year, USC Aiken was the No. 1 seed and hosted the NCAA Southeast Regional for the first time in school history.
The quarterfinals will take place Friday, Dec. 2 and the two semifinal contests will be played Saturday, Dec. 3. The NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Championship will be played Sunday, Dec. 4.
The top-seeded Pacers will face No. 8 Barton in the regional quarterfinals. The winner will take on the winner of No. 4 Armstrong State vs. No. 5 Lincoln Memorial.
The other side of the bracket includes quarterfinal match-ups featuring No. 2 Wingate taking on No. 7 Queens. The winner of that match will face the winner of No. 3 Flagler vs. No. 6 Lander.
