AIKEN, S.C. – USCA volleyball standout Alli Bishop has been named the South Carolina Education Lottery Student-Athlete of the Month for August.

A native of Chesterfield, Mo., Bishop led the Pacers to a 3-0 mark.

The standout recorded two double-double efforts to go along with a career high for kills during the Coker Cobra Classic.

Against Valdosta State, she led the way with 13 kills and 10 digs for her first career double-double. She also chipped in three blocks. In the sweep of Saint Leo, Bishop erupted for a career-high 15 kills while hitting .400. She also notched eight digs. In the final match of the weekend, Bishop garnered a double-double with 11 kills and 10 digs. She also had four blocks.

The South Carolina Education Lottery USCA Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Month award honors one student-athlete each month from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort. Each month during the 2026-27 athletic year one winner will be chosen from an in-season sport.
