AIKEN, S.C. – The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USCA Student-Athlete of the Week is baseball standout Chancellor Jennings.

A native of Batesburg, S.C., Jennings guided the Pacers to a 3-1 week.

In the win at Erskine, he tied the school record with five hits. Jennings blasted a home run and had a double while driving in two and scoring three times in the victory.

In the series opener against Lynn, he scored a run in the win. After picking up a hit in the second game of the series, Jennings completed the week with a four-for-four performance in the series finale win. Jennings had a pair of extra-base hits with a home run and a double. He drove in two and scored twice.

Jennings' home run tied the game in the bottom of the ninth.

For the week, he went 10-for-18 at the plate with four extra-base hits. Jennings had four RBI and scored six times. Additionally, he had an assist from his spot in the outfield.
