AUGUSTA, Ga. – USCA volleyball standout Kira Bostick has been named the PBC Defensive Specialist of the Week.

A native of Cary, N.C., Bostick guided the Pacers to a 2-0 week.

In the sweep of Middle Georgia, she accounted for a match-best 16 digs. She also served up a match-best and career-high five aces.

In the four-set victory over Augusta, Bostick turned in a match-best performance with 17 digs. She also rattled off four aces, bringing her season total to 35.

Bostick is second in the PBC in digs and digs per set and leads the conference in aces.

It marks the second time Bostick has been named the Defensive Specialist of the Week (Sept. 8).
