AUGUSTA, Ga. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer team is seventh in the PBC Preseason Poll, which was released Thursday afternoon.

The Pacers return 11 upperclassmen from last year's team, which finished the season with a 2-1 victory at North Georgia. The squad also has four more underclassmen that saw valuable time on the pitch a season ago.

Head coach Ike Ofoje, in his 27^th year at the helm of the program, is set to open the season at home against Newberry on Aug. 31 at 7 p.m.
