AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken men's basketball standout Faison Brock has been named the Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Dec. 8, 2019.

Brock, a senior from Raleigh, N.C., led the Pacers to a 2-0 week.

He accounted for 11 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals in the victory over Claflin. Brock tallied 14 points, seven rebounds and a game-best three steals in the win over Southern Wesleyan.

For the week, he averaged 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.5 thefts.

Brock hit 10-of-19 attempts from the floor in the two wins.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
