AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken, in conjunction with head men's soccer coach Ike Ofoje, is pleased to announce the 2017 schedule.

The slate features 11 home contests and is arguably one of the tougher schedules in recent years.

Ofoje's team opens the 2017 campaign with region foe Lenoir-Rhyne on Friday, Sept. 1. It marks the first of four straight home contests for the Pacers.

On Sept. 4, USC Aiken entertains Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in an evening affair. The team hosts Newberry (Sept. 6) and Palm Beach Atlantic (Sept. 9).

The Pacers hit the road for a match against ever-tough Erskine on Wednesday, Sept. 20, before returning home for the PBC opener Sept. 23 against Georgia Southwestern.

Ofoje's squad hits the road Sept. 25 for a non-conference showdown against West Alabama before returning to league play.

On Sept. 30, USC Aiken hosts Young Harris. The team travels to Flagler (Oct. 4) and Lander (Oct. 7) before another four-match homestand.

Francis Marion comes to Aiken, S.C., on Wednesday, Oct. 11.  Three days later, the Pacers host North Georgia. The team steps out of conference play to battle Emmanuel on Oct. 18 before wrapping up the homestand against Clayton State Oct. 21.

USC Aiken plays a pair of non-conference teams for the final two regular-season matches. Ofoje's squad travels to Catawba Oct. 23 and wraps up the regular season with a home date against Queens Oct. 28.
