Neves Leaves No Doubt
Rookie
Alice Neves left little doubt in her two victories over Belmont Abbey last week. Neves teamed up with
Victoria Giannaccini for an 8-3 doubles win before registering an 8-2 victory at the No. 6 singles spot.
Mirak Makes Quick Work
After a somewhat tough doubles match, newcomer
Brigitta Mirak managed to get some rest in after making quick work of her opponent at No. 3 singles. Mirak garnered an 8-1 victory.
Olivera Is Awesome
Olivera Veskovac picked up a win at the No. 2 singles position against Belmont Abbey by an 8-4 count. It marked her first win at the spot this season. Veskovac will see time between the No. 1, 2 and 3 spots all season long.
Protecting The Home Court
Head coach
Steve Dahm's team put together an outstanding day when it hosted Erskine. The Pacers defended the home court in fine fashion, winning all nine contests – most of which were with relative ease.
Calvert Gets Aggressive

Kayla Calvert wasted little time in her two matches against Erskine. She teamed with
Brigitta Mirak for an 8-2 win at No. 2 doubles before pouncing on her foe by a 6-3, 6-1 score at the No. 2 singles slot.
Victoria Picks Up Victories
Victoria Giannaccini had a pair of solid wins against Erskine. She was part of the winning No. 3 tandem by an 8-3 score. In singles action, Giannaccini needed to play a bit longer, but still managed to come away with a 6-2, 4-6, 10-6 win at the No. 5 slot.

This week, USC Aiken plays on Saturday, Feb. 18. The Pacers are 63-48 all-time in matches played on Saturday (56.8 percent). The squad is 1-3 on Feb. 18 since the program started. Â
Against The Opponents Â
This week, USC Aiken hosts Auburn-Montgomery and Limestone. It marks the first-ever meeting between the Pacers and Warhawks. USC Aiken is 6-4 in the all-time series against the Saints.
