Simmond Scores Again
In the 5-2 loss to West Alabama, head coach
Ike Ofoje's team was led by
Andre Simmond's two assists. He currently leads the team in points for the season and is the active career-points leader for the Pacers.
Stopping The Streak
USC Aiken has dropped three straight matches after winning 1-0 over Mount Olive on Sept. 10 in the home opener. The team has dropped a pair of one-goal matches. The squad is set to take on Erskine and will have a formidable foe before entering PBC play on Saturday.
Movin' On Up
With his goal against Shorter,
Andre Simmond now has 48 career points in 40 matches. In all, Simmond has 14 goals and 20 assists to his credit. He is in sixth place on the career list at USC Aiken, having just passed Noel Mais and Mamadou Ndoye during Monday's match against West Alabama.

Ike Ofoje had several newcomers on the pitch during various times. Included in the match were goalkeeper
Orlando Maldovan and field players Kayque Stoffel and
Samuel Andrews. All three saw their first action of their career for the Pacers.
Inside The Numbers
Since moving to Division II, USC Aiken is 3-4 on Sept. 21 and 1-5-1 in matches played on Sept. 24. The squad takes on Erskine on Wednesday and since moving to Division II, the Pacers are 38-84-18 (33.6 percent) on Wednesday. In Saturday matches, the team is 59-95-15 (39.3 percent) since moving to Division II.
Against The Opponents
This week, USC Aiken will take on Erskine and Georgia Southwestern. The Pacers are 4-6-2 in the all-time series against the Flying Fleet, but won a season ago. USC Aiken is 8-1-1, having won its last two, in the rivalry against the Hurricanes.
