COLUMBIA, S.C.--USC Aiken's women's tennis team, ranked 21st in NCAA Division II, lost 7-0 to the University of South Carolina, the 24th ranked team in NCAA Division I, today at the Maxcy Gregg Tennis Facility in Columbia, S.C.
The Gamecocks (10-5) lost just eight games on their way to sweeping all six singles matches and just one game while winning all three doubles matches. USCA falls to 12-7 on the season.
The Lady Pacers will return to action on Thursday when they host Queens University of Charlotte at the USCA Tennis Complex beginning at 6:00 p.m.
