AIKEN, S.C.--USC Aiken's women's tennis lost for the second consecutive day, falling to 16th ranked Clayton College & State University by an 8-1 score. The Lady Pacers fall to 0-2 on the season and 0-2 in Peach Belt Conference play. The Lady Lakers improve to 2-0 overall and 2-0 in league play.
The duo of
Dominique Cassetori and
Elly Toth picked up USCA's lone win by defeating Elizabeth Syrova and Kim Lennartsson, 9-7, in the number two doubles match.
The Lady Pacer tennis team will be back in action on Feb. 15 when they travel to Florence, S.C., to face Francis Marion University.Â
