ATLANTA, Ga. – The USCA women's basketball team earned WBCA Academic Top 25 Special Mention recognition after posting a 3.546 team GPA during the 2025-26 academic year.

"I am proud of the efforts in the classroom made by last year's team," head coach Brittany Batts said. "They value their studies, and I am proud of them for being strong and engaged students. We are grateful to be at a university that allows them to grow and excel in the classroom. Thank you to the WBCA for putting academics at the forefront and allowing us to receive recognition on the national level for a job well done in the classroom." 

The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes women's basketball programs across all collegiate divisions that achieve the highest cumulative team grade-point averages for the academic year. The 2025-26 honor roll marks the 31st year the WBCA has recognized academic excellence among women's basketball programs.

The 3.546 team GPA by USCA led all PBC programs recognized by the WBCA this year.
