MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The USCA women's cross country team finished 12
th at the Bobcat Invitational, which was hosted by Georgia College Friday evening.
Head coach
Jim Sprecher's team was led by
Emma Cox's 32
nd-place finish. She posted a time of 21:24.70 for the 5k event.
Jenna Couch recorded a time of 30:37.06, edging
Kendall Reynolds, who finished in 30:37.16. Couch was 84
th while Reynolds took 85
th.
Hattie Merryman snagged 86
th place with a time of 30:37.33. Fellow first-year student-athlete
Kyleigh Porter was just behind her, taking 87
th after registering a time of 30:37.44.
Savannah Hill was 88
th in 30:37.47.
Augusta won the meet. Georgia Southern, North Georgia, Georgia College and Montevallo rounded out the top five, respectively.
The Pacers return to action Oct. 11 at the Sand Shark Invitational.
