WINGATE, N.C. – USCA volleyball standouts Kira Bostick and Anna Sommer have been named to the Bulldog Classic all-tournament team.

Bostick, a libero from Cary, N.C., averaged 4.0 digs per frame last weekend. The rookie posted double-digit digs against Francis Marion (15) and Coker (16). Additionally, she chipped in seven assists, including four against the Cobras. Bostick also recorded one kill and an ace over the three matches.  

Sommer, a middle blocker from St. Louis, Mo., slammed home 27 kills, which is good enough for 2.70 kills per frame. The standout chipped in 10 blocks, including three solo stops. For good measure, Sommer chipped in 14 digs. She tied her career high with 18 kills against Coker and had seven digs in the match. Sommer notched four total blocks against Francis Marion and Wingate.
