AIKEN, S.C. – The No. 11 USCA golf team is set for the upcoming PBC Championship, which will take place Apr. 18-20.
The tournament is hosted by North Georgia and will be played at the Forest Hills Golf Club at the par-72, 7,086-yard course.
Head coach
Michael Carlisle's team will consist of
Oscar Abrahamsson,
Karl Frisk,
Nick Goellner,
Mitchell McNeill and
Erik Olin.
Olin leads the team with a 71.2 stroke average. He has three top-five finishes on the season and two more top-10 efforts. On the year, Olin has been at par or better 19 times and sports a season-low round of 66.
Abrahamsson has a pair of first-place finishes to his credit during the 2024-25 campaign, including the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate. He has a stroke average of 72.0 and has been at par or better 15 times. His season-low round of 64 is the best on the team.
Frisk has been at par or better 13 times this season and has a pair of top-10 finishes to his credit, including one top-five effort. Frisk's best round this season is a 69 and he has a 72.3 stroke average.
Goellner accounts for a 73.6 stroke average and has a superb low round on the year at 65. He has a top-five finish to his name and has been at par or better seven times.
McNeill is just behind Goellner with a 73.7 stroke average. He has 10 rounds of par or better this season and has a top-10 finish. McNeill's best round on the year is 68.
Last year, North Georgia won the event at 18-under par. USCA was fifth at two-over par.
