Autumn Fisher has been named the PBC Freshman of the Week, as announced by the league office.
An infielder from Inman, S.C., Fisher guided the Pacers to a 2-2 week.
In four games, she posted a team-high .571 batting average. She led the team with a 1.714 OPS and a 1.143 slugging percentage. Fisher notched eight hits, including two home runs and two doubles. She posted a team-best eight RBI, 16 total bases and scored three times. Fisher also accounted for a .571 on-base percentage.
In the season-opening win against Mount Olive, she went two-for-three. After picking up her first career RBI in the second game against the Trojans, Fisher smacked a two-run home run in the first game against Barton. In the victory over the Bulldogs, she went four-for-five with two doubles, a grand slam, five RBI and two runs scored.
