AUGUSTA, Ga. – USCA standout Oscar Abrahamsson has been named the PBC Golfer of the Week, as announced by the league office.

A native of Gothenburg, Sweden, Abrahamsson turned in an impressive performance at the Bearcat Spring Invitational.

He tied for first at the event after shooting three-under par, 213, for the 54-hole tournament. 

Abrahamsson posted scores of 71-73-69 at the tournament. His effort guided the Pacers to a third-place finish. 

The first-place finish was Abrahamsson's second of his career. A year ago, he was the co-champion at the Wexford Intercollegiate after shooting even-par, 216.

The Pacers return to action Feb. 17-18 at the Wexford Invitational.
