WINGATE, N.C. – Daniel Kiprono represented the USCA men's cross country team well at the NCAA Regional Saturday.

Kiprono, a sophomore from Nandi Hills, Kenya, was the lone competitor for head coach Jim Sprecher's team.

The 8k school-record holder finished with the second-best time in school history for the 10k event. Kiprono posted a time of 34:12.09, which was good enough for 58^th in a field with 173 competitors.
