AIKEN, S.C. – The No. 3 University of South Carolina Aiken golf team is set for the upcoming Bobcat Invitational, which will take place March 18-19 in Eatonton, Ga.
Hosted by Georgia College & State, the Bobcat Invitational marks the first of back-to-back Division II tournaments the Pacers will take part in.

Michael Carlisle's team, which remained at No. 3 in the latest National Collegiate Golf Rankings, powered by clippd, is coming off a second-place finish at the 27
th Annual Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate.
USC Aiken's team will consist of
Rory McDonald O'Brien,
Erik Olin,
Oscar Abrahamsson,
Jonah Winter and
Nick Goellner.
Abrahamsson leads the team with a 71.28 stroke average. He has an individual title to his credit this season. Abrahamsson has shot par or better 13 times in 21 rounds of action. He has a pair of top-five finishes during the 2023-24 year. Abrahamsson's low round of 67 is tied for best on the team.
McDonald O'Brien claimed the individual championship at the 27
th Annual Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate. He sports a 71.57 stroke average on the year. McDonald O'Brien has two top-five finishes on the year and has shot par or better 12 times. His best round is a 67.
Olin has two top-10 finishes to his credit this season. Carrying a 71.85 stroke average, Olin has shot par or better 10 times this season. His best round on the season is a 68.
Winter has competed in three events this year. He has a 72.0 stroke average and has shot par or better four times. His 67 is tied for best on the team.
Goellner has seen time in three tournaments this year. He has a 73.22 stroke average and has shot par or better three times. Goellner's best round of the season is a 68.
