AIKEN, S.C. - USCA men's soccer standout Kadin DeMesme has been named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators.

A senior midfielder from Rockville, Md., DeMesme has a 3.52 GPA in applied computer science. DeMesme played in 14 games, earning eight starts.

The senior played in 56 career contests and was a mainstay in the line-up throughout his time with the Pacers.

The 2024 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at his/her current institution. The cumulative grade-point average may NOT be rounded up to 3.50.
