AUGUSTA, Ga. – USCA men's soccer standouts Fasaikou Jammeh and Felipe Mattos have been recognized by the PBC.

Jammeh has been named the PBC Defender of the Week while Mattos has been named the PBC Goalkeeper of the Week.

The two led the Pacers to a 1-0-1 week.

Jammeh, a junior defender from Bronx, N.Y., was critical in helping the program pitch back-to-back shutouts for the first time since 2017. He made crucial plays in each contest for the defense.

Mattos, a freshman keeper from Sao Paulo, Brazil, registered four saves in the shutout of Lander and seven in the 1-0 victory over Georgia Southwestern.

It marked the second time this season Mattos has picked up a PBC honor.
