AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's and women's cross country programs started their season with a time trial Monday morning.

With several core student-athletes on each team along with multiple incoming student-athletes that should vie for top spots on the squad, Monday's first practice was a preview about what could be a promising season.
