AUGUSTA, Ga. – The University of South Carolina Aiken softball team is the No. 7 seed in the upcoming PBC Tournament, which will start Friday, Apr. 28 in two separate four-team double-elimination brackets.
The double-elimination tournament portion of the PBC event spans through Sunday, Apr. 30.
Head coach
Jaclin Poole's team will square off against No. 2 North Georgia in the opening game of the day on Friday, Apr. 28 at 2 p.m.
The team is in the bracket with No. 3 Georgia Southwestern and No. 6 Georgia College & State.
USC Aiken lost all three regular-season games against UNG but the team the Pacers had the tying run at the plate in two of the games.
The Pacers also have No. 3 Georgia Southwestern and No. 6 Georgia College & State on their side of the bracket.
