AIKEN, S.C. – After taking the series over then-No. 4 Columbus State, the University of South Carolina Aiken baseball team is now No. 18 in the latest Collegiate Baseball Poll, which was released Monday afternoon.

Head coach Michael Holder's team is 19-7 on the year, including 11-1 in PBC play.

USC Aiken is second in the PBC with a 3.58 ERA. The 10 saves are the most in the league. Holder's team is holding opponents to a .222 batting average on the season.

Justin Byrd and Jackson Hannon are tied for second among PBC student-athletes with nine doubles. Hannon leads the league with five sacrifice flies and is third in the league with 25 RBI. Josh Sharp is tied for the PBC lead with a pair of triples.

Dylan Wilhelm leads the PBC with nine saves and Jacob Fletcher's 49.2 innings pitched also tops the league.

The Pacers tangle with Coker in a mid-week non-conference clash Wednesday at Roberto Hernandez Stadium before hosting Young Harris (RV) for a three-game PBC series. The Mountain Lions head into the series at 18-9 on the season.
