Recapping Last Week
Last week, USC Aiken played games at Georgia College & State and Flagler. The Pacers used two outstanding quarters to start the game and solid defense down the stretch for the 62-60 win against the Bobcats.
Annalise Malone erupted for a career-high 21 points in the win while helping head coach

Against Flagler, a total-team effort guided the program to a 77-66 victory. Five student-athletes reached double figures for points while
Jentri Worley accounted for a double-double.
300 – It's Not Just A Movie
The 62-60 victory at Georgia College & State was not just USC Aiken's 14
th win of the season. It also marked head coach
Mark Miller's 300
th career win. Including the Georgia College & State victory (and not the Flagler contest), Miller is 300-168 (64.1 percent).
Malone Delivers
Rookie
Annalise Malone delivered her best offensive output in a tough environment at Georgia College & State. The newcomer buried eight-of-13 from the floor and hit five charity tosses for a career-high 21 points. She accounted for 33.9 percent of the team's 62 points in the victory. Her eight made field goals also marked 36.4 percent of USC Aiken's baskets for the night.
Career-High Night
Earlier this season,
Jentri Worley registered a double-double after posting 10 assists. In the win at Flagler, Worley pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds en route to another double-double. She chipped in 10 markers for the feat.
Breanna's Ballin'
Rookie
Breanna Gustave had herself a solid game in the win at Flagler. She accounted for 17 points, pulled down five rebounds, dished out five assists and registered a steal. It marked the 14
th time she snagged at least five boards and it was the second time Gustave had dished out at least five assists (career-high seven assists at Columbus State).
Top-10 List
The 24-point second quarter at Flagler was etched in the USC Aiken record book. It marked the fifth-most points the Pacers had ever scored in the second quarter of a game. Overall, it was the third time USC Aiken had scored 24 points in the second quarter of a contest.
They're Called Free Throws For A Reason
Against the Saints, head coach
Mark Miller's team was nearly perfect at the charity stripe. The squad connected on 17-of-18 from the free throw line. The 94.4 percent marked the eighth-best single-game mark in the program's Division II history. The top seven marks are tied at 100 percent with at least 10 made free throws – and it was the best effort since going 10-of-10 from the line since Jan. 4, 2017 against Georgia College.

This week, USC Aiken plays at Augusta on Wednesday, Feb. 15 before hosting Young Harris on Saturday, Feb. 18. Since moving to Division II, the Pacers are 132-130 (50.4 percent) in Wednesday games and 183-187 (49.5 percent) in Saturday contests. During that same time, the team is 4-6 on Feb. 15 and 6-4 on Feb. 18.
