NORMAN, Okla. – The University of South Carolina Aiken is No. 24 in the latest Bushnell/Golf Week DII Coaches Poll, which was released Friday.
Head coach
Michael Carlisle's team is coming off a fifth-place finish at the Cateechee Fall Invitational.
Rory McDonald O'Brien tied for third place at the tournament after shooting seven-under par, 206.
Earlier in the season, USC Aiken took third at the Bearcat Fall Invitational. The squad also placed ninth at the Mizuno Intercollegiate.
North Georgia is first in the poll while Oklahoma Christian, Lincoln Memorial, Grand Valley State and Nova Southeastern round out the top five.
The Pacers close out the fall portion of their slate Oct. 22-23 at the Furman Invitational in Greenville, S.C.
