AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's cross country team is set for the upcoming Royals XC Challenge.
The Pacers are coming off an 11
th-place performance at the Akiah McMillan Invitational.
Justin Kaimann led the way for USC Aiken. He posted a 26
th-place effort at the 8k meet.
Junior newcomer garnered a 40
th-place effort at the meet.
"The men are looking forward to running in the Royal Challenge as it will be a race full of talented runners," head coach
Marshall Leonard said. "We are continuing to get better and I expect to see some new personal best times. We had two individuals run new PRs last weekend, and I know the guys will best those times again."
The meet consists of over 50 schools, including Division I and Division II institutions. The Pacers compete Friday at 4:15 p.m.
