NORMAN, Okla. – The University of South Carolina Aiken golf team is No. 6 in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll, which was recently released.

Head coach Michael Carlisle's team was previously tied at No. 2 with Carson-Newman. 

USC Aiken is the highest-ranking PBC school. Georgia Southwestern and Lander are ninth and 10^th, respectively. Columbus State is No. 18 in the poll.

Barry topped the poll with 496 total points, including 18 first-place nods. Carson-Newman was second (452 points). Lincoln Memorial and Arkansas Tech each had one first place vote. LMU was third with 449 points while Arkansas Tech was fourth with 432 points. Lee rounded out the top five with 420 points.

The Pacers return to action Apr. 11-12 when they compete at the Wofford Intercollegiate in the regular-season finale. The squad then opens postseason play at the PBC Championship Apr. 15-17.
