Pacers Are Tied For Second In Latest National Poll

NORMAN, Okla. – The University of South Carolina Aiken golf team is No. 2 in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll.

Head coach Michael Carlisle's team is tied for second with Carson-Newman. Both teams received 552 total points, including one first-place nod.

Barry collected 23 first-place votes and 622 total points for a No. 1 ranking. Arkansas Tech (530 points), Lee (511 points), Lincoln Memorial (485 points), Oklahoma Christian (453 points), North Georgia (404 points), Nova Southeastern (385 points) and Georgia Southwestern (347 points) round out the top 10.

The Pacers are coming off a fourth-place finish at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate. The team returns to action at the Bobcat Invitational March 21-22 in Eatonton, Ga.
