The shutouts start the Pacers' season at 2-0, while Queens drops to 1-4 for the 2010 campaign.
In the first game neither team could secure a run until the bottom of the fifth inning when freshman

In the bottom of the sixth, the Pacers would score again to secure the win. Multi-threat player
Toni Flessate (Goose Creek, S.C./Stratford) doubled to left field to put herself in scoring position.
Lydia Miles (Ridgeland, S.C./Thomas Heyward) was brought in to pinch run for Flessate and capitalized by crossing the plate on a double to left field by freshman
