DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The USCA men's soccer team lost a 2-0 decision at No. 2 North Georgia Saturday afternoon in the PBC opener.
The Pacers are now 1-2, including 0-1 in PBC play on the season while the Nighthawks stand at 5-0-2 overall and 1-0-1 in league action.

Nick Sakiewicz's team was outstanding in the first half, keeping the Nighthawks off the board.
Sean Simoncelli turned away five shots on goal in the opening period, keeping the contest scoreless entering halftime.
UNG got on the board in the 51
st minute and tacked on an insurance goal at the 66:39 mark for a 2-0 lead.
USCA managed to record numerous shots in the second period.
Kenny Kwizera Jr., posted a shot in the 55
th minute, but it missed high.
Alvaro Corcuera's shot in the 70
th minute narrowly missed the post.
Corcuera placed a shot on goal in the 73
rd minute of action, but it was stopped by the keeper. Seconds later,
Aloniab Elfu's attempt missed high of the crossbar.
For the match, USCA tallied four shots, including one on goal. Sakiewicz's team earned two corner kicks.
Simoncelli played all 90 minutes in goal and had seven saves.
