AUGUSTA, Ga. – The USCA men's soccer team has been selected fifth in the PBC Preseason Poll, which was released Wednesday.
Head coach
Nick Sakiewicz's team garnered 17 points in the poll. Flagler received six first-place nods and 36 total points while North Georgia earned one first-place vote and was second with 30 points. Clayton State (26 points) and Lander (20 points) were third and fourth, respectively. Georgia Southwestern (11 points) and Middle Georgia (seven points) concluded the rankings.
USCA opens the season Thursday, Sept. 27 at Southern Wesleyan with a 5 p.m., start. The Pacers begin their home slate against Erskine on Sept. 1 at 6 p.m., at the new soccer stadium.
