The Pacers are now 34-14 on the season, including 19-9 in PBC play.

Head coach Keith Gorman's team took a 1-0 lead in the third stanza. Donovan Glisson recorded a one-out base hit through the right side and moved to second on Evan Harding's base knock to left field. Chancellor Jennings ripped a single up the middle, knocking in Glisson for the advantage.

The Nighthawks had a chance to score in the sixth. With two down and a runner on second, UNG posted a base hit. The visitors sent the runner home, but Jennings rocketed the ball perfectly to Glisson, who ended the inning by tagging him out.

Glisson led off the seventh with a double to left center field. Osmin Melendez laid down a bunt. A throwing error allowed Melendez to take second while Glisson scored on the play. Evan Harding blasted the next pitch to left center field, putting runners on the corners. After Harding swiped second, Yariel Diaz singled through the left side of a drawn-in infield. Melendez and Harding scored on the play for a 4-0 margin.

The Nighthawks scored four runs in the ninth. The visitors pushed across a pair of runs in the 11th with two down for the 6-4 win.

For the game, Glisson led the way with three hits and two runs scored. Harding and Jennings notched two hits apiece. Harding scored once while Jennings had one RBI. Diaz drove in a pair of runs while Melendez crossed home.
