GREENVILLE, S.C. – The No. 19 USCA golf team wrapped up the fall season with a 12
th-place finish at the Furman Intercollegiate.
Head coach
Michael Carlisle's team shot 30-over par, 882. The team shot scores of 290-292-300 over the 54-hole event.
Stetson won the tournament after shooting three-under par, 849 while Campbell was second (+3, 855). Virginia Tech and Western Kentucky tied for third (+6, 858) while Furman completed the top five at 11-over par, 863.
Karl Frisk tied for 20
th after shooting four-over par, 217, for the tournament. He posted scores of 70-71-76.
Mitchell McNeill climbed 19 spots on Sunday and finished in a tie for 38
th place. He shot eight-over par, 221, for the event. McNeill's best round of the tournament occurred on Sunday at one-over par, 72.
Ian Williams recorded a nine-over par, 222. He tied for 46
th.
Cameron Baez tied for 66
th at 12-over par, 225.
Jackson Beggs finished 85
th at 22-over par, 235. His best round occurred on day two at four-over par, 75.
The Pacers return to action at the Wexford Invitational Feb. 16-17.
