Standout
Jalen McCoy turned in an impressive performance in the win at Georgia College & State. He erupted for a career-high 35 points on a 13-of-16 effort from the floor. McCoy made all eight free throws and snagged eight rebounds in 35 minutes of action.Â
Reaching Double Digits
Four student-athletes reached double figures in the win at Georgia College & State. In addition to
Jalen McCoy's career-high 35 points,
Tehree Horn reached double digits with 22 points.
Tyler Johnson chipped in 17 points while
Jameel Rideout added 10 in the hard-fought victory.
Winning On The Road
After losing a road game at Lander, USC Aiken bounced back with a seven-point victory at Georgia College & State on Saturday. It helped the Pacers move to 4-1 on the road on the season. Last year, the squad was 13-2 on the road.Â
Never Out Of The Fight
At Lander, USC Aiken faced a deficit as large as 16 points, including once with 4:32 to play when the score was 68-52. However, the Pacers always battled. USC Aiken sliced the deficit to just six points with 28 ticks on the clock when

This week, the Pacers host Flagler on Wednesday, Jan. 10 before playing at Augusta on Saturday, Jan. 13.
